I was born in a small village near the Dabie Mountains in Anhui, China.

Growing up in a place where life moved slowly and work required patience, I learned an early lesson:

Things built to last are built with care.

My father was a meticulous woodcraftsman. He refined every detail until his work met the highest standard. From him, I learned that quality is not an option — it is a discipline.

There was no grand ambition then.
Only respect for craftsmanship and a belief that technology should genuinely improve lives.

That belief remains the foundation of LS VISION today.

2001
Entering a Growing Industry
As global demand for security systems accelerated in the early 2000s, I joined Sunell. Governments and enterprises were investing heavily in surveillance infrastructure. It was the ideal time to understand how security products were designed, manufactured, and deployed at scale.
2004
Product Development Foundation
I moved into product development, working closely with R&D and manufacturing teams. Security hardware must perform in heat, cold, dust, and remote environments without failure. Those years shaped my understanding of reliability and precision.
2007
Market & Customer Insight
Working directly with overseas distributors and system integrators, I learned: Security challenges are global — but solutions must be localized. Listening to customers became central to my approach.
2010
Senior Leadership
By 2010, I was leading a team of 40+ engineers. Managing product cycles and supply chains taught me how to balance performance, cost, and scalability.
2012
Founding LS VISION
By 2012, the market was shifting. While enterprise and government projects dominated the industry, consumer demand was rising rapidly. I saw the opportunity to bridge professional-grade reliability with emerging global demand — and founded LS VISION.
