It may be caused by the following two reasons:
(1) the SIM card does not include frequency bands supported by body camera. Please check the 3G/4G band of the body camera module and the frequency band supported by the SIM card.

A: When customers test body camera, they often reflect that they cannot connect to GPS. This is actually a problem of use.
First of all, you need to make sure that the "GPS" option is set to "On"
Secondly, GPS positioning is usually applied to the outdoor environment. Indoors, tunnels, underground parking lots and other places may not be able to search for signals or have large deviation due to blocking. Therefore, they need to be located outdoors.
When the body camera is not positioned successfully, the GPS icon on the camera interface appears gray (4G version body camera) or red (ordinary body camera). After successful positioning, the icon turns green, and some body camera interfaces also display Latitude and longitude information. It need to takes some time from the search signal to the successful positioning. Please wait patiently outside. If the connection is still unsuccessful, you can try to restart the machine.

A: The old firmware (bug), please upgrade it to the latest firmware. It may become Chinese Language again after power on when the upgrade is completed. At this time, you need restart the body camera until the system language returns to normal.

At present, the format of the NVR backup video file is AVI.

1. When the recorder channel is turned on motion detection, then the recorder's Smart interface's face detection function is disabled. NVR does not support the same channel to open the mobile support and face detection at the same time, can only choose one.
2. When the closed video recorder's motion detection function,  the Smart interface still can not select the channel, please provide NVR version information to the relevant salesman,you can solve the problem by upgrading the latest program.

1.Lens out of focus. After the front cover removed, still image blur, it is determined that the lens out of focus lead. Re-focus can solve the problem.
2.The front cover is dirty. Check whether the front camera covered with stains, use rubbing alcohol to wipe the front cover to solve the problem.
3.The front cover is foggy. Remove the front cover of the camera to see if there is water mist inside the front cover. If so, it means that the desiccant in the camera is saturated, you need to replace the desiccant, and wipe the front cover can be clean.

Modify the 4 in 1 hybrid camera mode need to access DVR, when the DVR display images, You can toggle the menu key on the camera tail to change the mode. The menu corresponds to the switch mode, depending on the instructions.

When you encounter this situation, try to solve the following methods:
1. Please restart the WiFi host and check if the problem still exists after the reboot.
2. If there is a problem after the reboot, unplug the hard disk to restore the factory to the WiFi host.
3. After the above steps are operating, if still can not solve the problem, there may be a hardware failure, you need to contact after-sales.

1. Offline: NVR APP interface displays the ID number, but the status display is not online. In this case, the APP can not verify the ID, so the validation fails. Solution: Check the NVR network parameters, network segment, gateway, subnet mask and the router needs to be consistent.
2: Unfilled Password: NVR APP interface displays the ID number, status online, APP prompt verification failed. Check the NVR APP interface, below the ID number will display the password, the password must be filled into the APP, otherwise the verification failed.
