What if the solar camera goes offline?
1. The solar camera can be reset and powered by a 5V2A power supply to observe if the blue light is on.
2. Try replacing the card with a new one until the camera’s blue light comes on. If it doesn’t work, format the storage card. Let the camera run for another 5 minutes and send the automatically generated log files from the storage card back to the LS VISION after-sales center.
3. If this solar powered 4G PTZ camera is used under another carrier card brand, but the customer insists on using the original carrier card, they can turn off WiFi, insert the camera’s 4G data card, search Google Play, download Cellular Z, and send back the frequency band information displayed on the application for confirmation
