A Journey of Connection and Growth

At LS VISION, we believe great products are built by great teams, and great teams are built on trust, collaboration, and shared purpose. That belief is why, on August 9 to 10, 2026, the entire Overseas Marketing Center traveled to Huizhou, Guangdong for a two day outdoor team building retreat. From the training grounds to the shores of Xunliao Bay, the team stepped away from the daily routine to reconnect, recharge, and realign, both with each other and with the work that drives us forward.

Theme: United in Strength, Forging Ahead

Day 1: Breaking Barriers, Building Bonds

The day started early, 7:40 AM, as the team gathered outside company headquarters and boarded the coach for Huizhou.

Warm-up and human-chain exercises helped break barriers from the start.

Coordination and target games tested communication, timing, and strategy.

Teams competed intensely while encouraging one another throughout the challenges.

At the training base, experienced facilitators led the team through a series of icebreaking and team building challenges. These were not just games, they were real exercises in communication, trust, and strategy. Despite the summer heat, the energy held steady throughout. The team split into three squads, and every member gave their full effort in every activity. From relay races to problem solving challenges, each point was earned through real coordination, and while the competition was intense, the spirit behind it was mutual encouragement rather than rivalry, because winning as a team meant more than any individual result.

Departments that usually interact through email and video calls worked side by side for the day, solving problems, laughing together, and discovering strengths in each other they had not seen before. The afternoon brought higher intensity activities that pushed everyone past their usual comfort zone, and the takeaway was simple: when the team supports each other, it achieves more than any individual could alone.

As the sun went down, the team moved to Xunliao Bay for the evening. With the sea breeze coming in and the sky turning dark, everyone gathered around a beach barbecue. The food was good, but the real highlight was the conversation and the laughter that came with it. As the night went on, the group lit a bonfire, and the evening turned into singing, dancing, and simply being together outside of a work setting.

There was also an extra reason to celebrate that night. The team surprised its August birthday colleagues with a cake and a round of “Happy Birthday” by the fire. In that moment, with everyone gathered around the light of the flames, it was clear that LS VISION is not only a place people work, it is a group of people who genuinely enjoy each other’s company.

Day 2: Thrills, Waves, and Shared Adventures

Day two opened with the off-road vehicle base. Navigating rough terrain, maneuvering the dirt track, and working through the obstacles along the way was a real test of quick decision making, and a reminder that progress rarely comes in a straight line.

From there, the team moved to the beach for kayaking. Paired up two to a boat, everyone paddled out into the calm waters of Xunliao Bay. Each kayak was, in a small way, a picture of how the company works, two people, one direction, coordinated effort. When one paddled harder, the other adjusted. When the current shifted, they communicated and adapted together, which is close to how LS VISION operates as a global team moving toward one shared goal.

After lunch and a short rest, the team headed to the Seafood Hunting Park for some beachcombing. Collecting shells, spotting marine life, and enjoying the coastal air rounded out the trip with a reminder that some of the best ideas come when a team steps away from its screens and into the world.
